A graduate of the IEP de Paris and the Faculté de Droit de Paris, Emmanuel began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1990, before joining the Paribas Group in 1992, as a corporate account manager. In 1996, he joined Singer & Hamilton, where he successively headed the support functions practice (corporate finance, HR and tax & legal), before creating and developing the real estate practice in 2002. He co-founded Haussmann Executive Search in 2010.

With a Master's degree in Information Engineering, Nathanaël has been working in executive search since 1997. He first worked for Heidrick & Struggles and then Egon Zehnder where he participated in the recruitment of senior executives and members of the Comex in the industry and services sectors. In 2006, he specialized in the recruitment of experienced professionals in the real estate, construction and infrastructure sectors, within an independent executive search firm. He co-founded Haussmann Executive Search in 2010.

A graduate of Neoma (Rouen Business School) and trilingual (English, Spanish), Magali has held positions of responsibility in banking and management companies. In various functions: sales, marketing, communication, project and team management and in the service of different asset classes, both traditional and alternative, such as real estate asset management. She joined Haussmann Executive Search in 2015 to take on assignments in the real estate sector and to develop the firm's Insurance practice.

A graduate of ESCP-EAP and trilingual (English, German), Delphine has held positions of responsibility in management consulting, banking and real estate consulting. She has held various positions: Manager then Director in consulting, Client Marketing Manager in banking and then Director of Workplace & Change Management within the JLL group. She joins Haussmann Executive Search in 2021 to take charge of missions in the real estate sector and in particular in the world of consultants and users, and to develop the Hotel practice within the firm.

With a university degree in Information and Communication, Stéphanie has worked for fifteen years in the audiovisual and cinema sector in operational functions, with a strong organisational and project management dimension. She joined Haussmann Executive Search in 2011, where she developed an expertise in recruitment in the real estate sector, particularly in property development and project management.

A graduate of a business school and holder of a Master’s degree from Dauphine, Francis Nguyen began his career in 2014 at Haussmann Executive Search as a consultant specialising in the property sector. In early 2021, he joined the property transactions consultancy NCT as director of the Bordeaux office. Building on this experience, he returned to Haussmann Executive Search in 2022 to resume his role as a recruitment consultant in the property sector.

With a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Camille began his career at a headhunting firm specialising in direct approach recruitment before joining a generalist recruitment agency specialising in engineering roles.

In 2018, he decided to specialise in the property sector before joining Haussmann Executive Search in 2019.

Camille has become an expert in the fields of project management, investment and asset management.

With a Master’s degree in Social and Occupational Psychology, Raphaël began his professional career in 2017 at Maesina International Search, a headhunting firm specialising in Marketing and Sales roles. In 2021, he joined Haussmann Executive Search as a consultant, with a view to developing expertise in recruitment across all roles within the property sector, particularly in property development, investment and asset management.

Having completed a Master’s degree in Finance at Audencia, Pierre-Jean chose to specialise in HR and direct recruitment, fields in which he found greater fulfilment. He learnt the basics through two work placements: first at Haussmann Executive Search, focusing on the finance and property sectors, and then at Heidrick & Struggles, specialising in corporate finance and M&A.

In 2019, he joined Haussmann Executive Search as a consultant, specialising in the Property and Support Functions practices.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Athénaïs joined Haussmann Executive Search in 2022 to begin her career as a consultant and develop her expertise in recruitment across all roles within the property sector. She works with both large, well-established groups and growing mid-sized companies and SMEs, focusing on support and operational roles. In particular, she has developed a specialism in retail and luxury property. Alongside her role as a recruiter, Athénaïs is also the firm’s CSR Lead and Operational Efficiency Project Manager.

At Haussmann Executive Search, Pierre Nicolle leads assignments for investment managers, whether traditional asset management firms, alternative investment platforms or institutional investors, across both listed markets and private assets (excluding property). He joined the firm in 2020 after five years at AXA Investment Managers, where he led recruitment for the Alts and Core teams across Europe. He began his career in sales at Fourpoints IM. He is a graduate of IAE Caen.

Marie-Camille graduated with a Master's degree in Human Resources from Sciences Po Paris in 1999, and began her career as an organizational consultant before joining the world of recruitment and headhunting in 2003. She specializes in corporate and investment banking, as well as asset management, and works for various headhunting firms. In this way, she honed her knowledge of the different business lines and their players. She joins Haussmann Executive Search to support clients in their talent searches and assessments, and to develop the Financial Services practice.

Zorana is a Director in the Corporate Finance and Functions Practice. A graduate of the Solvay Brussels School of Economics with a Master's degree in European Economics, she is multilingual (French, English, Serbo-Croatian, Dutch) and has worked in an international environment. She has held positions of responsibility in the finance departments of banks and listed industrial companies, before becoming a talent hunter in her own right.

Zorana joins Haussmann Executive Search in 2022 to conduct search assignments in the financial, legal and human resources functions for a wide range of clients.

Édouard du Rusquec joins Haussmann Executive Search in 2025 as Director of the Financial Services practice.

As a wealth management specialist, he carries out direct recruitment assignments for private banks, family offices and asset management platforms.

Edouard previously worked as a Principal at Lincoln, where he developed recognized expertise in recruiting executives and experts for wealth management firms.

With ten years' experience in executive search, he supports his customers in identifying and assessing talent in a fast-changing sector.

Édouard is a business school graduate. He is fluent in French and English.

Having completed a Master’s degree in Management & Human Resources in 2018, Pierre-Hubert is a Director within the Financial Services Practice.

He began his career in executive search at Korn Ferry, then at Eric Salmon, where he specialised in recruiting senior executives for the portfolio companies of private equity funds.

In 2025, he joined Haussmann Executive Search to help develop the firm and strengthen its expertise in these strategic recruitments.

Valentin Chabault is a Director within the Financial Services Practice at Haussmann Executive Search.

As a specialist in private markets (private equity, infrastructure, private debt and other alternative asset classes), he advises both General Partners (GPs) and Limited Partners (LPs) on their strategic recruitment.

He works with investment funds of all sizes – small, mid and large caps – on assignments covering investment roles (Partner, Investment Director/Manager, Associate), Operating Partner roles, and support functions for investment teams such as fundraising and investor relations.

Before joining Haussmann Executive Search, Valentin worked at Heidrick & Struggles and Dartmouth Partners, where he developed in-depth expertise in the business lines and specific challenges faced by private equity firms.

A graduate of Kedge Business School, he is fluent in French and English, and has a conversational command of Spanish.

With a degree in Communications, Julie has over 20 years' professional experience as an Executive Assistant and Administrative Manager, notably with CBRE, a world leader in real estate consulting. She joins Haussmann Executive Search in May 2023.

A graduate of a Master’s programme in Grande École & Luxury Marketing, Orhiane specialises in communications and events management. Alongside her office management duties, Orhiane oversees the entire communications strategy at Haussmann Executive Search, from social media management and the website to the organisation of all internal and external events.

A professional in the insurance sector for over 35 years, Catherine has held senior management positions in both property and casualty insurance and personal insurance within traditional insurance groups, mutual insurance groups and bancassurance companies. In particular, she served as Managing Director of Banque Postale Prévoyance and Banque Postale Conseil en Assurance.

Catherine is a graduate of EDHEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) and CHEA (Centre des Hautes Etudes d’Assurances), and holds the Sciences Po IFA Certificate in Corporate Governance.

In 2023, she joined Haussmann Executive Search as a Senior Advisor specialising in the Insurance practice, supporting all players in this sector with their recruitment challenges for senior executives and experts.
